This is one of the most popular questions when it comes to herbal green tea. It is especially important for those who try to lose weight with it, because they want to obtain the full potential of this supplement.

I must confess that when I started I also had the same question. People seem to talk a lot about its benefits and wonders; however no one specify what are the exact quantities.

The question remains – how much herbal green tea shall you drink on a daily basis?

Let me say that this information is based on my own findings with experimenting with green tea. The amount will differ based to the presentation you use.

If you are using herbal green tea supplements of 350mg, I’d advise taking 3- 4 pills a day. Take the pills after each meal; breakfast, lunch and dinner. The fourth pill can be used if you eat anything else or just to boost the effects by little.

If you are drinking cups of herbal green tea or iced green tea I would recommend drinking at least a cup after eating. With this presentation I don’t really have a set quantity to drink each day. Basically, what I have done is drink cold herbal green tea every time I was thirsty. However, you shouldn’t drink it alone; make sure you also drink pure water throughout the day.

Finally, in case you intend to drink herbal green tea as a combo with extract pills. Here’s a useful info on how much to take daily: take 3 pills a day, one after each meal. And also while you are eating, instead of drinking your usual drink, drink herbal green tea. This one method is the one I’ve been using lately and has helped me be healthier.

The Chinese supposedly discovered tea several thousand years ago and felt that it did them many of good. And maybe you would feel the same too. What could be better than sip a cup of green tea, calm the mind, and get everything in the day done, and still have energy for the gym or a refreshing walk? A bystander might just compliment you.
